Joining a team
One Throw is invite-only. To join, you need a code from a coach on your team — enter it on the welcome screen under Join Your Team.
If a code doesn't work, ask your coach for a new one. Team codes can be refreshed, which stops the old code working.
Starting a team
Coaches who want One Throw for their team: email us and we'll set your team up.
Forgot your password
Email us from the address on your account and we'll help you reset it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app:
- Coaches: Settings → Account and Billing → Delete Account
- Athletes: Settings → Personal Settings → Delete Account
What is removed and what your team keeps is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can also email us and ask us to delete it.
