“I’ve recorded thousands of technical analysis of throws in my coaching career, and never had a tool I truly loved. Between coaching dozens of throwers, remembering which cues I’m working with on each, and maxing out my phone storage with videos, my coaching system was completely disorganized. That’s why we built One Throw, the app where all my throwers, videos, drills, and cues can live in one place.”
Dane Miller - 2x Olympic Throws Coach

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose a video

Your throwers can send videos to you directly in One Throw, or you can record your own video.

  2. 2

    Record an analysis

Explain what can be improved by scrubbing through the video, drawing, and recording a voice over.

  3. 3

    Send instant feedback

Immediately send the analysis back to your athlete, and assign cues and drills for further instruction.

Track Technique Changes

Assign technique cues and drills to your throwers, then track whether they execute them while reviewing their throwing video

Store Every Video

Keep your videos and analysis organized per thrower for easy access when you need them

FAQ

Can my throwers get in the app?

Yes, simply send an individual or team invite link to your throwers and they can create their own accounts. They can then send you videos and receive analysis back by requesting an analysis or in the build in messenger.

How long are my videos stored?

As long as you need them. Your analyses and any videos you save stay until you delete them. Videos sent in chats that you don’t save are cleared after 90 days.

Does One Throw work offline?

Yes. With no signal at all, you can import a throw from your camera roll, record your analysis with drawings and a voice-over, then save and review it. Everything uploads on its own once you’re back online. Sending an analysis to your thrower and messaging need a connection.

Can high schoolers under 18 use One Throw?

Yes. Athletes aged 13 to 17 can use One Throw with a parent or guardian’s permission. When they sign up, we email their parent or guardian a link to approve. Until it’s approved, their account is on hold: they can’t upload videos or send messages. One Throw isn’t available to anyone under 13.
